Funkiwi Harvest is published by ESS APPSTechnologies Incorporated as a free browser arcade for personal entertainment. Opening funkiwi-play.com and starting a run means you accept the terms written on this page.

Everything the game hands you — score, level, achievements and Fruit Stars — is a play counter and nothing more. It holds no value away from the grove, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and there is nothing to pay for anywhere in the game.

The arcade is supplied as it stands. We keep it running as smoothly as we can, yet we cannot promise that every browser, device or connection will render each run flawlessly, and we take no responsibility for interruptions or lost local progress.

The game and this page evolve as the project grows; the revision date sits at the top of the file that drives them. If a change no longer suits you, stopping play is enough to end this agreement.
